Every person has a story worth telling. It is an honor to be trusted with the story of another, walking with them through their darkest, hardest moments. My hope is that during those moments, I can point you to the light at the end of the tunnel. Together, we can build the future you want, with the skills to handle the turbulent times that are inevitable. Days of hope and healing are ahead for you or the teen you are seeking services for. I graduated in 2014 from MidAmerica Nazarene University with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. Since that time, I have found my niche in working with adolescents and young adults. I also have experience working with children and families. Trained in DBT, I focus on building a strong relationship with each client and helping them develop skills to be more effective in relationships, handling emotions, and navigating life’s uncertainties. In addition to DBT, I have training in trauma informed treatment, CBT, and solution focused brief therapy.
